I begin in Gravity Sketch to rapidly prototype primary forms. From these iterations, I identify promising directions and further develop them in Fusion 360, refining surfacing details, adding functional components, and inserting hardware such as screws and propellers to finalize the model.
Security On Command
Monitor your home anytime, anywhere. The drone can fly to preset locations with one tap.
Autonomous Patrols
The drone can perform autonomous patrols throughout the home using preset routes.
Integration with
Smart Home Systems
The drone can work with existing smart home devices, including doorbells, cameras, and sensors. When unusual activity is detected, it can automatically fly to the scene.
Stranger
Sound Detection
The drone can also detect sudden sounds such as a knock or glass breaking and automatically fly over to investigate.
Self-Docking

When a patrol ends or the battery runs low, the drone returns to its dock automatically.

The user can see the drone’s status through its changing light colors.
Hand Gesture Control
Users can control the drone with simple hand gestures when at home.
For hand gesture control testing, I used MediaPipe, which detects 21 hand keypoints. By analyzing joint angles and finger bending, the system classifies gestures for drone control.
